Skunk Shrimp And Yellow Tang

o.k so i just introduced two new skunk shrimp to my tank and there doing just great cleaning the tang and eating their squid cubes......but i just notice that my tangs face looks weird it's like scab ....like he got into a fight or something i can't explain it. It doesn't look like the tang is affected it byethem because he keeps letting them clean him. I'm just wondering is it something i should worry about.
