ill cleaner shrimp

i have a cleaner shrimp called scaby i called him this because he always is waiting at the top for me to put food in not yesterday but the day before that i feed the fish the cleaner shrimp just stayed on a rock the same rock he has not moved from in 4 days not even to eat!!!does anyone know what might be wrong with him.(all my other fish are fine)(he has not shreaded in a long time too)

Are you sure that isnt his shedded skin on the rock??
