pygmy seahorse

Hello, I recently walked into a feed store and was surprised to see a wall of fish tanks. This new LTS has saltwater fish, and don't think any of the others around me do. I am very excited about this. Anyways in the store, they had a pygmy seahorse, barely bigger than my pinky nail clinging to a rock. The tank was about 5 gallons i think, with a rock in it. I am a freshwater fish keeper but he was so cute that now i'm starting to think about keeping saltwater fish. Does anyone know about pgymy seahorses? or is this just a baby? Is it okay to keep him in a 5 gallon? I have an empty tank right now, but it's somewhere between 5 and 7 gallons. Is that big enough if it is only him in there? Also, what kind of equipment am I going to need?
thank you!

Hello, my name is Betty. I am new here so I hope I do this right. I have had pixie seahorses and Reg. ones too. Pixies are so cute!! But, I found them very hard to keep, because of their eatting habbits. You have to feed them only live fresh born brine shrimp. I didn't think that would be so hard but it takes a lot of vigilance and planning ahead. Go to Seahorse farm to read up on them. Hope this helps, Betty
