Just fill out as much as possible although the main ones would be ammonia, nitrite, nitrates and other related saltwater question the more you can answer the better for if you ever need advice in the future.

I do not know much about Saltwater tanks. Is A PH of 8.1 normal ?

SW set up have higher ph levels and the reef set ups are usually more sensitive needing a ph in the high end of the ph scale between 8.1-8.4

FOWLR tanks need a ph of between 8.0 - 8.2 and Reef needs 8.1 - 8.4 so it depends on what sort of tank you are looking at creating.
