speed up cycling

I am receiving 20 lbs of live rock in a couple days, hopefully tomorrow, and I was wondering if I could speed up the bacteria cycle and everything any faster. I have read to put food in the tank and let the bacteria grow and multiply. is this true? thanks for any help.

yes or you can use Bio-spria...check with you lfs/lps

Try Stability by Seachem.

I have never cycled an aquarium since I started using it (for future refrence)

I've used Stability as well. I found it to be quite good.

Stability by Seachem is great I never seen anything that would touch it I did my Salt Tank with it and levels where never high through the cycle!
