Hi there is an audtion ebay for a 65 watt actinic light for $41. I am wondering if it would be ok to buy for a 20 gallon tank. I dont plan on keeping any fancy corals. mushrooms at the most.! please help!

I'm not the greatest source for SW info, but 3+wpg is pretty good, and the soft corals tend to not need hugely powerful lights.
The 6g nanocube on Drs Foster and Smith has 18 watts of light, and it's supposed to be great for most soft corals.
