Just amazing...utterly amazing.

I've heard saltwater tanks are rather difficult to maintain, how true is this from your experiences?

it's actually a pacific blue tang or regal blue tang

just now thanks to Finding Nemo they seem to have a new name...instead of Paracanthurus hepatus they are now paracanthurus doryus hehehe

amazing that looks great... your fish look great and ive never seen a damsel with such prominent coloration... her black/white is so vivid its not bland at all... very nice

what type of shrimp is that ? candy striped? btw what type of lighting do you use?

Guys, on the subject of saltwater I have found a website to convert biorbs into a marine tank - have a read of the maintenance it requires... makes you realise and respect what Kevin has put into his tank.. good on ya kev!

Very nice tank! Can you tell us what all you have in it and how big it is? Some of us (me ,lol) may try to do something similar...lol.Im starting my first saltwater tank soon, its a 75gal....hope it turns out well! Biggest tank Ive ever had. Im a little intimidated! Almost procrastinating on setting it up...Im THAT scared! LOL Silly I know............ :

WOW, a Blue Hippo Tang in a nano-reef! That's amazing! What are the stats on the tank

(size, filtration, how long set up, etc.) Is the Blue Hippo still alive... I have pulled off almost everything the "Experts" said you couldn't do, but this is one i haven't even been willing to try! If you are still on these boards, PLEASE tell me all about it! Thanks!
