Its all good. Glad to hear yours are well behaved. Thanks to their aggressive reputation I ended up getting some Clarkii clowns for my 55g tank. They are very well behaved as well.

Updated shots of the tank look great. Nice work man.

I also like the seamless look of the bowfront. It gives you a more continuous view. Really nice looking tank!

Oh wow, your tank is beautiful! I really want to set up a reef tank one of these days, but funds are tight right now. Congrats. A sucessful saltwater setup is quite an accomplishment. I hope I have a tank that looks as nice as yours one of these days

Thanks Dave, I finally found one big enough for the female. She's pretty rough on anemones.

Thanks MissMTS. I'm still not where I want to be with this tank. Coral growth has been slow. I hope your funds improve soon, so your can join us in the money pit ... I mean saltwater section. LOL

Well I upgraded my lighting again. Switched from an Odyssea MH light fixture to dual LumenMax3 250 watt pendents.

Old fixture:

Are you expecting the change in lighting will improve the growth rate?

Yes. Growth has been very slow with just one MH light using a 14K bulb. My corals turned very brown after my 14K bulb ran for 10 months. I now am using (2) 12K ReefLux bulbs. Corals have already started to sprout new branches.

That's great. I love it when you fix a problem and it really works the first time around.

Yes ... Sort of. LOL The eggs are in the males mouth. That how you know they spawned. He will release them when their spines are sticking out of this mouth.
