Thanks COBettaCouple. I'm trying to buy some more, but they (LFS) want too much money for 1" little frags.

That just gets my case of MTS going.. Does a tank have to be setup a certain amount of time before adding maroon clowns?

Yes and no. Yes you need about 5-10 for your tank to cycle. No if you use Bio Spira. This will cycle a tank in 24-48 hours. Though you need some sort of media for the good bateria to live (i.e. filter sponge, bio-balls, Seachem Matrix, live rock or live/dead sand bed). My baby maroon tanks use plain old sponge filters. I will upgrade these to power filters when they get a little older.

CRAZY!!! just looked through all your messages on this thread. WOW!

You have all the species of fish I want to have eventually, minus a few. I have got so much good info from your posts (especially on equipment). You could seriously be your towns next LFS! Judging by your tank and the health of everything living in it! Your pictures are stunning!

Just out of interest how is your star fish and Clam doing? Also by looking at your pictures, it looks like you started out with sand but don't have any now? Why did you get rid of it? How easy is it to keep the sand clean?

Your probably getting bored of everyone telling you how good your doing

No seriously hats off to you!

Im right there with you guys. Mine's all stacked together in two towers. No epoxy cause im not sure whether im going to change up the aquascape in a few weeks.

agsansoo - clownfish question... how are your maroons behavior wise? do they pick on your other fish?
im contemplating maroons cause they are beautiful fish but keep hearing horror stories about how they are as bad as blue devil damsels. dont know whether to take the risk on them or go with clarkii or tomato clowns.
