After some really wicked battles, these 2 have decided to become friends...Tangy has jabbed her several times with his spike and Angela (her name now) nipped him back....You can see on his lower skirt where she got him (he deserved it)

Indeed a great photo - having any troubles getting the bicolor angelfish eating? It can be hit or miss with them.

As a matter of fact Mike I was going to post with that question..She is not eating..I see her nibble at the rocks but haven't really seen her eat...She has just started coming out so I'll try some brine today...Any other suggestions?

How long have you had your bicolor?
Try a freshly opened clam from the seafood/grocery store? leave the clam meat on the shell and place the shell in the aquarium... maybe he'll go for that?

I have had her a week now...She is starting to eat finally.....She's just not a little piggy like the others yet...Each day she comes out more and more and she will finally let me look at her without swimming away....

Thanks for the clam idea...I'll have to remember that one..I'd just have to make sure the hubby isn't home because he would eat it!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow la sierra? lol i used to live on la sierra as well.. with my uncle... when my parents bought a house down here i moved back in with them. now i live down gramercy... just passed Tyler st.

She is doing fantastic! She has come out of hiding and is frolicking with the others now...She tends to nibble on the rocks for her food though instead of eating when I drop it in...I wonder if that's normal?? I've had her 10 days now so she must be getting enough..

Here she is now.....She looks right at me....It is so CUTE!

You would love the Bi-Angels...She interacts with me like a dog (except I can't hold her lol) She'll come right up to the glass and wag at me...I adore her and she is even more beautiful in person!

LOL.. Sounds like our black veiled FW angel, Fred.. I purposely feed him a little less at meal time so that I can give in and let him take a treat or 2 from my fingers.
I'm glad the SW angels are just as personable, in addition to their beautiful colors. We'd love to see more pics of her!
