There is a photo size limit on the forum at 400kb. You can't upload a photo greater than 400kb in size. I found a website that allows you to upload an image and resize it. This is for those folks with the newer digital cameras that have huge resolutions. If you don't know how to resize your photos manually, use this website. It's easy and fast.

Here is a link to a free picture editor you can use to resize also. It's the one I use and have found it to be very easy to use. This way you don't need to upload anything to resize your photos.

another useful program: Image Converter One

You can do a series of things with this program: resize, watermarks, change formats and rotate the image. What I like most about it, I can select an entire folder to resize and process all the pictures at once.

It's also a free program.
