Looking to add color

Hi Guys,

I have a 55 gallon FOWLR and I am looking to add some color to my tank...whether it be purchasing some simple corals or sea life. I recently purchased a few colorful mushrooms...but I am looking for something with more "POP" to make my tank exciting and bright. Does anyone have any suggestions. Take a look at my aquarium information to see what I have currently...thanks for your help!

W/ 216 w lighting, should be able to handle decent amt of LPS and softies. Try Green Star Polyp (lean/place against glass and can have polyp grow onto glass). Zoas, and some Leathers. Look into tubastrea and see if willing to provide their needs. Also other inverts, such as sponges (Red, Blue, Orange), etc. You should be able to find othere non-photo corals also, such as Carnation, Chili, etc.
Good Luck.

Im from old school where Kent products were easily obtainable with good success but can achieved the same with other well known brands. Although I have not used Purple Up, heard good thing with coralline algae from other local hobbyist.
I would not dose the tank until you try out few pcs of corals. No matter how important the additives are, when over used, it is just another pollutants in the water and waste of money as with taking too much/many vitamins for person (actually can be toxic due to overuse/misuse of vitamins). Your salt mix might have enough to handle the few pcs of polyps. Also look into Gorgonian/whip/fans (difficult to find undamaged pcs sometimes) . They are also nice addtions.
If when possible, obtain Cal, test kit? There are other test kit such as alkalinity, Fe (iron), iodine testkits, etc, etc but at least Cal test kits if you dont already have it.
Obtain Coral Book if possible by Eric Boureman (nice book for beginner).

The six-lined wrasse is pretty and colorful, if you like them you could get one.
