My algae problem is gone!! The turn the lights off plan worked! I had an algae prolbem so my LFS told me to turn the lights off and it worked. I'm getting more turbos to make sure they get a really good head start. My LR color is turning red, green,and even blue. Anyways for the question. IF turning off the lights and doing water changes every three days( my water is super clear) helps get rid of the algae what do I do when I get corals?? Should I leave the lights on from 4-8 or 9?? Or from 7-8?? I'm asking this becuase i'm afrais if I turn the lights on to long the algae( which took like a month to find a soultion) will come back. What do you do to have corals and keep algae away??


P.S> This is my plan for corals:
Buy a test kit for calcuim and phost.
If heavly stocked test every other day if moderate every three days and if little twice a week
Is this ok?? What do you use for a clacuim soultion and test method??
