I've been using a new frozen food for the saltwater tanks the last couple of months called Rod's Food. This stuff is really good. I don't think many places are carrying it yet but if you see some at the local shop pick some up, you'll be glad you did. I'm target feeding my
LPS corals at night and during the day the fish go absolutely nuts over this food too. Here is the link to their

Here is a partial list of the ingredients in the orange package called the "Complete Reef Food", there are other food varieties but I haven't tried them yet:
