Mt two puffer fish both have swollen black looking stomachs and the side of there bodies are turning white where it should be green.......any ideas?

also all test come back good are idel........perhaps one fish had died inside one of the houseing skulls in my tank and i thought the other had just ate it could this make them sick from a dead fish being in the water? also what could that dead fish cause my other fish? 9It had a white slime comeing from inside the skull wich is the only reason i noticed it was in there....)

So, one of your puffers died, and the two others ate it? That's not good, dead fish, if left for long periods of time, will start to decay, and thus are full of some nasty bacteria and stuff. If you haven't already, remove the dead fish. Then do a 50% waterchange, even if the readings are good.

Since you don't know why your puffer died, the best thing to do is that 50% waterchange.

my understanding is that all puffers have some kind of poison in their stomachs so if one died in the tank if probably poisoned your water, especially if it was eaten it may have poisoned your fish. How big is the tank? How long ago has it been since the death?

Their flesh is poisonous, however, puffers are immune to their own poison
