OK, I am a newb. I have been researching a lot on Marine ICH and right now I am dealing with this in the 500g Saltwater... it has only fish in it and I wanted opinions on treatment.

The Puffer seems to be the most affected. The others don't seem to be at all (3 clowns 1 flame hawk).

Two tangs already died... one of ich, the other one of a freshwater dip given by someone who didnt have a clue and killed it.

The puffer (stripped burrfish) has a big round spot on top of his eye, and various spots in its fins... some opaque and some well defined, all white.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If not ick still need to be treaded with ick med....in a hospital tank...it could be a number of things but seein how its a puffer and a non coral tank i really dont think that it has been caused by bulling from another fish..
