Problem with Snowflake eel

Has anyone ever seen a feeder fish stuck in the gills of a snowflake eel? How do I get it out it has been about 2 weeks?

you could try to use thongs but you would have to be extreamly careful infact im not sure you should use thongs but whatever you do put in some Stress Coat + to help with the stress. i wish i could be of more help but im sure someone else can help.

How is the fish stuck in the gills? Is it visibly sticking out? More towards the inside of the body or hanging out? If it's been two weeks, I assume the fish has rotted quite a bit?

Could you post a pic of this?

If it's been there for two weeks, it's probably breaking down, and could be really bad for the fish.
I agree that stress coat is a good thing.
Depending on the size of the eel, you may want to get yourself a pair of heavy-duty gloves (I would go with a pair of knit gloves, topped with a pair of the cut-resistant kitchen gloves, topped with a pair of PVC-dipped gloves), grip it immediately above or immediately below the gills, and use a pair of forceps to debride the gills as best you can (be very careful not to damage the gills themselves).
If PimaFix/MelaFix are aquarium safe, you may want to use one of them to limit the growth of fungus/bacteria.

I'm not real sure how you'd use thongs in this situation. Tongs, maybe.
I love typos.

I'd love to see someone try that! On second thought, maybe I don't want to! LOL
