Help! Sick Fish Don't Know Why!

All my parameters are normal and the temp. is 80-82.
My royal gramma died of ICH and my clownfish is staying near the sand and not moving his fins alot. My purple firfish is also getting ich. What is wrong?

Do a 50% water change, when your taking the water out, use the gravel vac and clean the gravel. raise the to 83.
Some Qs
What are your readings in PPM?
How long have you had sick fish?
Do you have a tank you could put the fish in ( hospital or Q tank )

nitrate 0, nitrite 0, and ammonia 0.

They have been sick for about three days.

Not other tank. Even if I do set one up it will need to be cycled. I can't do a water change. Don't have any salt mix left and the nearest fish store is an hour away. My parents won't take me on a weekday.

When did you introduce them to the tank? Did you quarantine them first?

A quarantine tank doesn't have to be an elaborate setup. A clean 10 - 20 gallon plastic tote would work. A powerhead, heater, some hiding places like small sections of PVC pipe, etc. Then you wouldn't expose the live rock to any meds you may need to use and a smaller volume of water to treat. Without water changes, meds and a QT, you could be up a creek.

I introduced them about three weeks ago. I don't have qt but am planning to get on soon. Does it have to cycle? I'm thinking of just putting in a small piece of LR and letting the tank cycle with that. Also I learned that not having a qt is a big mistake. I learned that the hard way and two fish had to pay for my mistake. Now I'm going to setup a qt tank. Also what would be a good way to have clean water without a HOB filter? I need the filter in order to set up a 10 gallon qt/hospital tank. I know that without one my fish will survive but the water then haves waste and other things floating the in the water. I do water changes but I ran out of SM this week.

A Q tank does not need to be cycled as such, if it is only used once in a while.
You can do daily water changes, you can keep a spare filter running in the main tank and use it in the Q tank when needed.
If you are going to cycle the Q tank, you will need to feed it some form of ammonia to keep the bacteria alive.
If using the Q tank to treat sick fish do not use LR or a cycled filter as the meds used could kill the bacteria.
Do not use any equipment that has been used in the hospital tank on the main tank, as you could spread the sickness to the main tank.
Hope it helps.

Set Q/T using water from main tank along w/ aged filter (sponge filter, etc) and heater while new arrivals are acclimating to main tank water, probably wont go thru mini cycle, but depends on amount of fish and food. Can even grab some gravel from the main tank which will definitely help. Still should monitor the water in Q/T closely and perform pwc as needed. You could repeat this procedure as new fish are brought home. It will be like doing small waer changes on main tank provided that there are big differences in volume (like 55g main and 10 G Q/T).

When ready to move them to main tank, drain most of the water from Q/T (4/5, make sure to unplug the heater) then use air line tubing w/ knot on one end (to control flow) to draw water from main to Q/T to acclimate the Q/Td fish to main tank water (Even started off using main tank water, water chemistry would have changed thus still acclimate). When transfer is done, top off main tank with new water (Another PWC on main tank).

As far as sterilizing any equipments, use boiling method w/o any chemical then keep them dry until needed.
