Don't really know but here are a few questions to ask first. Does any other fish have it? Is it just one spot? How long has it been there. If it is just one spot and it has been there for a while and it has not moved, just stayed in the same spot for a few days I would say it is nymph and not ich. Ich will be more then 1 spot and will move on the fishes body from spot to spot. Maybe someone else can add to this? But keep an eye on it. If more then one.... Then there might be something.

Sorry I meant lymph (that is if I am spelling it right) and no I don't think so. Think it is just like a pimple or something that just comes and goes. Unless it is so abundant that it hampers the fish. Maybe someone with more experience will be able to ad to this?

Mycobacteriosis and nocardiosis are bacterial diseases .The bacteria cause chronic systemic infections that form lesions internally and externally.(lymph)

affected fish exhibit several symptoms such as anorexia, popeye, skin discolouration and external lesions such as ulcers, nodules and fin rot.
this can also infect humans
