White spot, as in on your fish? If so, it's likely ich. No amount of antibiotics will kill them. They're parasites that live on the fish.
I know little about treating the saltwater version of ich, so I'll leave that to more experienced people. I do know, however, that if you have inverts or coral, you can't use most of the ich meds, as they usually contain copper, which will kill your livestock (other than fish).

MYXAZIN as far as i know is not for white spot and will do no good ,its for fin rot and ulcers,,, if you have coral or inverts then you will need to use a garlic based product and by raising the temprature will only speed up the white spot , personally i would set up a qt and copper dose them with cuprazin with the fish only in the qt tank ,
if this is not possible then there are 2 other methods 1 is lowering ya salinty to around 1.017 and lowering temprature but this is not very good for corals or inverts and you drop day by day as not to stress and kill fish ,and i would also add a uv to kill whitespot
while you are treating you fish either way i would reccomend a vitamin supplement such as b12 to keep the fish immune systems up , hope this helps but i personally would get a qt tank and any new fish treat in there before adding to display tank as you will only get again

I've heard that soaking fish food with crushed garlic(I think? or was it the garlic juice?) helps fight of the ich
