Help: Chromis Lip "Inside Out"

Hey guys...

I just fed my tank and one of my chromis went to eat a shrip and his lip puffed out and looks like it is sticking far out and inside out...kinda creepy. Not sure what I can/should do...thanks!

feed on regular intervals and the same amount of food each time

sorry...forgot to update this one...the chromis was fine...it was actually a piece of shrimp that was clear...he ate too fast :-)
