my yellow clown goby has 2 little bumps on it. it looks like its inside the fish. its not white. i can't decide what it is and what i should do about it.

Sorry, I don't know what this could be, aside from perhaps some kind of parasite? Can you post pictures?

i'll try. the goby is very small and will not stay still long enough

You can try putting him in something that has flat sides and that is small just long enough to take photos of him if you need, something that he can't dart around too much in... just be careful not to over-handle him or stress/scare him in the process.

i think i already scared him. he's in a 55g with live rock. needless to say a lot of places to hide. unless i take everything out of the tank, there will be no catching him. am going to let him be for now. there's only those 2 bumps. i haven't seen anymore develope and its only on his left side. i soaked some selcon in their food. ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are all 0ppm. is there anything l can use to treat the tank? i have some mushrooms, crabs, snails and a coral banded shrimp in there. this all happened after i did a water change on wednesday. i was going to do another one this wednesday, but i think i'll hold off since all the parameters are 0. pH is 8.2. is there anything i can do aside from takin the fish out? i just hope its not something really infectious or really bad. if anyone has any suggestions no matter how off base, i'll love to hear about it. oh i did get a picture, but the fish is soo small you can't see the bumps. they loook to be inside him rather than out

ok the spots went away, but his breathing is still heavy. there looks to be a white patch on his cheeks. i've been using kick ICH and rally since they are supposed to be invertebrate safe. i'm still trying to get the goby out, still no luck. i'm going to get a trap this week and hope that helps. i just don't have very good LFS around me. all i have is petsmart and petco. i just found out about another one, so i'm going to be checking it out.

I noticed white on my clarkii's and i thaught they were going to die , so last min i put them in the new tank and next day there are fine , im thinking because the new tank dont have antipasta and where i had them did ,they were being stung .
Maybe hunt in your tank for them and get the joe's juice out lol
My 2 goby's came up dead ,one antipasta had grabbed one and was still holding it when i noticed it dead ,so i think i have a nasty type.

i have a coral banded shrimp, i thought they ate antipastsia. anyway i came home to a power outage. when the lights came back on the yellow goby was almost white. there were spots on him, but i'm not sure if it was from the tiny bubbles from the powerhead. i got him into the quarrentine tank. what should i do now?

i would see how he does there and if he recovers then check the other tank for antipasta.
I have a hunch thats what it is , what you discribed i have just gone through
