My 4 year blue Hippo Tang blotted up in the mid section quite a bit, like a ballon, 5 days ago. He stopped eating. I put him in a small quarentin tank and began Maracyn two medication for bacteria. Still not eating, not swimming. Now looks like something light red in color is blocking his butt. The tank was only a 90 gal live rock/fish only tank. The day he bloated the outside temp was 100 and I never have used a chiller in the past. Has not gotten better.

could somthing dropped in the tank tat he has eatn and cant digest ?
are his gills raised ? could be dropsy
