i have a butterfly fish then it looks like that the tail was falling off...and it was hard for it to swim..i lost some fishes from cloudy eye and i dont want to loose this one...i am using MELAFIX for 7 consecutive days then after that i saw some ICH at my tang, then i continue using MELAFIX again and my tang got no ICH, but now....it was my butterfly battling from something that i dont know what it is...

can someone help meeverything is fine when it comes to the water quality, temp and salinity.

It seems like your fish may have fin rot and the bacteria may have eaten away some of your poor fishes tissue. It try purchasing medication for fin rot, quarantining the fish, and raising the water temperature. Most fish diseases cannot survive in higher tempuratures. I hope your fish is still okay(
