Thats crazy. Im so sorry for you loss. The only common disease I can think of that would wipe out a tank that fast is velvet but you would have seen that... that is so bazzar. Good luck, it was probally something crazy that wont happen again. Just reassuring you so that you can sleep after you get it set back up

Thank everyone,
Stripped down the tank yesterday, had to buy a big tub for the LR and corals.
we are running 2 x 36 watt uv's ( on loan ) 1 in the tank and 1 with the corals, we hope the uv will kill any pathogens that could have caused this.
Will start placing the lr and corals back in the tank today once all the parameters are as they should be.
Got new food for the shrimps.
Our skunk cleaner just climbed on my hand and was hand feed for the first time

maybe when you change your water, there is something that was mixed with your tank that affects your fishes.better is to clean your tank,let it dry...
