Looking at your aquarium info drop down, and if it is updated, I can see that your tank is not cycled yet if you are showing ammonia, nitrite. If those are current readings, I would keep up water changes daily and re test your water to see what the readings are today. If your tank is not cycled I would be doing at least 25% water change daily.

Hi sanibel96
That looks like a lot of bio load for a fish only tank ( no live rock )
What filter are you running and what is its flow rate?
Can you post your latest reading for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate
Water changes are the only way to reduce the readings if the cycle has not been completed or the bio load has been increased

In the short term, the only answer to nitrates that I know of is a water change. In the long term, look at how much food is going into the tank, having a "cleanup crew" of snails and crabs and such to help minimize waste and detritus accumulation, and filtration (particularly skimming).
