The last couple of days, I haven't seen the male of my emerald crab. Not a spot of him. Then last night, he peaked out of his little hiding spot (I have the cave like structure he sometimes goes into) but then didn't see him again.

This afternoon, I see what I thought was him all dead. I pull out his carcass and there is no meat in it. I'm like great, something killed him and then ate his guts. Than 30 minutes later, my wife spots him. Turns out he molted. He is soooo green now.

thats cool be careful though i have caught my emerald twice today just yanking away at my green striped mushroom coral. I moved the coral but if he migrates back to it and causes more trouble hes outa here!

Not a fear for me...I don't have any corals. I'm FOWLR.

I really can't believe how much I care for these guys. I mean my wife had dog for 12 years, 7 of those with me...and I'm more excited of about my fish...lol

lol well get this that little emerald SOB that was messing wirth my shrooms is carrying eggs. I definatly dont want them in my tank im catching them asap!

That reminds me...I think the female emerald crab that maybe pregnant...she's as bad as Jamie Lynn Spears!!
