Corals -Zoanthid Polyps or pulsating Xenia?

Hello! as some of you know, i have made a thread about what my salty tank looks like now, its a nano tank by the way.
So, I bought a white Colt Coral, wich , i don't know how, turnned pink in my tank, and now, i love corals, i realy liked this one, and i am thinking about transforming my FOWLR tank into a nano Reef tank, bit, by bit, and so my question is: What do you think i should get in my next buy? seeing that im a beginner, what would be better for me? Zoanthid Polyps or a Pulsating Xenia? i like em, both, but i don't know wich one its better for a beginner.

Also, the live rock were the coral is, had ctenophores , like little transparent Tentacles coming out of the rock, but they never get compeltly out, is this dangerous for my tank? i have Searched about it, but i don't seem to find if it is dangerous or not.

Thank you!

What kind of lighting do you have?

And give us a little time... there aren't that many people here that keep SW and the posts don't get checked as often as FW.

If it's normal output flourescent, probably not enough light for either coral.

What light would you recommend for a 10 gallon tank?

40 watts - 80 watts Flourescent tubes 40 for soft corals and 80 for hard. Normally 4-12 watts per gallon is typical either flourescent or compact flourescent or HQI or metal hylide for a ten gallon i suggest the compacts or just flourescent type you will need two fixtures one with a 10,000 k day light bulb and an actinic bulb I believe they make 24 watt bulbs for both of the flourescents. Two of these bulbs will give you 48 watts good enough for xenia and polyps.
