Fire Goby with lumps and moving things under skin

All of my levels are perfect. All other fish are healthy.
I have a fire goby that has white (rice-like) things under its skin. Anyone know what it is?
It first appeared on my fish about a week ago. It looked like a white bubble. It has since changed sides, and now looks like little pieces of rice moving under the skin. Anyone know what this is and how I can treat it?
It has also developed white lumps on its belly and the stomach is caved in a little bit. (Also just dropped off some white poop)

Welcome to FishLore!
I moved your post into the Salt Water section of the forum.
I'm sure one of our salty members will be along to help.

Good luck!

Hello Daisey and Welcome to Fish Lore. You sure have a beautiful set up. I don't have salt experience but I'm sure some help will come soon.
Best wishes!

Skin flukes maybe. Watch for signs of ulcers that will appear once they've broken through the skin, they also can be found in or around the gills. This is just a guess on my part as their pretty hard to see from you pic.

That sounds like something out of a horror movie, there are things moving in his skin! It sounds like some sort of parasite thats gotten inside of him. I could be COMPLETELY wrong but can only assume that there are two possible situations that will occur. 1: He cant fight it off, he dies, and you only hope it doesnt spread to the other fish. 2: its not that big of a deal, it goes away, he lives to tell the story! I'd say the only thing you can do is move him to a seperate tank so it cant spread to the other fish and you can add a small amount of copper (ask about that at your LFS) and hopefully that will help.

As above either flukes or ICH as these are the main 2 parasites that move within the fish both normally start around the gills and fins , either way you want to get it in to a QT and look at treating , cuprazin is a good treatment for both the above be careful as it contains copper
