How many?

How many corals can I put in my 8g nano?
Can I put the plugs directly into the sand?
Will they live peacefully next to each other?

Last question......man do I need to get a bigger tank?

A bigger tank is always great! 20 would do nicely. I don't know about corals but others do.

All of your questions depends on the type or corals, Friendly corals could be close to each other, but still don't let them touch each other. I had this SPS (forgot which kind) touching my Rose milipora overnight and I didn't realize it and the SPS was half dead
