Hi, I currently have a 26 gal freshwater and will be upgrading that tank to a 46 or 55 gallon. I want to use my 26 gal to possibly start a saltwater tank.

what kind of stock could i have with this tank. I really like the tangs, but i like fish with personality and color. so need advice here as i am not familar with SW yet.

Hello zowie717, Your 26 gallon is a good starter size for your first saltwater tank. I would recommend clownfishes and gobies or dartfish. A 26 gallon is just too small for any tang fish. They require at least 55 gallons of space while they are young, over 100 gallons as they grow.
