nano/coral/bio/live rock ..water changes w/nitro cycle

it's been a 26 days since set up with about 15 lbs live rock.
my question is shoul i do any 10% water changes durring this cycle time?
my nitrates were up to .05 at the most, my nitates were at 5 at the most,
& my amonia was at .5 at the most but the amonia has been at .25 for over 10 days now. the last 4 days my nitrites & nitrates have been at near 0 but amonia has been a constant .25 since start up.

i want to do this naturally, but unsure if i need to be doing a partial water change? understanding that this may take a while.

Its debatable whether small partial water changes should be done during a cycle.

No water changes:
Cycle will finisher faster
Greater chance of die-off of some hitchhikers

Water changes:
Cycle will be slower
Less chance of die-off of some hitchhikers

Basically pick your route, both will take you to a finished cycle with time.
