Sand Or Crushed Coral For New Tank?

Im having a problem deciding on which to use sand or crushed coral? or a mixture of both? Ive been doing research on this and would like to get some more opinions. I would like to go with sand 100% or 75% sand and 25% cc. I now that sand has a benefit of more surface area for things to grow where cc has other benefits. So what would u do?

I personally prefer the look of caribsea aragonite sand. It has about 10% of it as all sorts of little shells mixed in with sugar fine sand. With about 500gph of flow running through my 20g i'm not having any issues with it being kicked up.

Sand. Crushed coral has openings where uneaten food can fall and just decay. And if you want anything that is deemed sand sifting, crushed coral won't allow for them.

I am going to go with the aragonite sand. Went to a store today and seen it. Looks awsome. Thanks for your help.
