Coral Questions

First stocking question.
In a 10 gallon I have about 7 pounds of Fiji LR and then 6 pound rock that is much more dense and abouth the size of a 3 pound Fiji. For lighting I have 2 10 watt 50/50s.
Now my question is can i get both the Nano Mushroom Pack and the Nano Polyp Pack?
Also can some one define the lighting they have on liveaquaria.com(i couldn't find it) so what would Low, Medium, and High?
Will my current lighting be able to handle those mentioned (2 WPG) or what would be acceptable amount of lighting? Also if I were to upgrade what would a the cheapest possible way to do it?

One other quick noob question i have maxi 400 and 600 do i need my HOB Top fin filter? Also should my powerheads be facing up or onto my rock?
B/c i am also using an aistone to agitate the surface.

Edit how long does it take Damsels to reach their full sizes currently they are about an inch but they are supposed to get up to 3 or 4 so what is my timeframe for upgrading the tank size.

Yes u can get both. the lighting will handle them.

Damsles grow about an inch each 6-months to a year so there is your answer.

powerhead placement is usually what flow you think is best for your setup. You will probably want to upgrade quickly no matter how big your damsels are. They are very aggressive for their size, and in a small tank, with tankmates, that could lead to problems.
