complete newbie need lots of help

hi many many months of thinking finally getting into SW. tank setup as follows
15 gal, 2 maxi-jet powerheads (400 gal p/h ea), nano protein skimmer, heater, 8 pounds of live rock, 12 pounds argonite sand, HOB with 1/2 a pound of live rock in it, 45 watts powerglo (18,000 k) lighting. tank currently cycling i will wait before adding anything its so hard though.
ok here goes the questions;

1) do i have enough light
2) enough LR ?
3) can anyone suggest a list of cleanup crew so i can start buggeting
4) wat corals to start with
5) i wanna get clowns can i get 2 and can i add any other fish

sorry to give you guys so much reading but i really wanna get this right i just hate taking chances and killing amazing livestock.

1. yes for fish and softies
2.yes as if you having corals you normally get live rock with them
3. 2 hermits 4 turbo snails and if not doing a good job then add more
4 mushrooms soft corals
5 3 small fish will be ok
