Hey, welcome to fishlore!
Are you cycling your tank? If so, what are your readings-ammonia, nitrite, nitrate?

Wow, those are strange readings. 80 nitrate? Do you know how many nitrates are in your tap water?
Your info says you have 3 damsels in there? If so, I'd definitely do some quick water changes, as 1 ammonia and 80 nitrate are both dangerous to your fish.
About the cloudy water, that sometimes happens when a tank is cycling. It could also be caused by substrate getting stirred up, or bacteria, but I think it's just a result of cycling.

ammonia should be zero when its cycled and nitrates should be below 10 and as near to zero as you can get them ,, nitrates of 20 and above can kill most fish so if yours are 80 its a miracle there still alive ,,,

At five days there shouldnt realy be any nitrate levels unless your tap water has some. But 80 is extremely high.. Sometimes old test kits can give you whack readings.

The Blue Damselfish, also known as the Blue Devil Damselfish, is an extremely popular marine fish because it is readily available and because it is very hardy. Although we don't recommend it, many hobbyists use this fish to cycle new saltwater tanks.

So im guessing this fish is like the saltwater equivilant of a zebra danio.

If they are as hardy as they say, They should be fine but do A water change and see if the nitrate drops if it doesnt, then test your tape water.
