A shrimp/prawn goby and a pistol shrimp would be fine in a 10G, I would think.
I wouldn't do Mandarin Dragonets. They tend to die in home aquaria due to lack of small inverts - copepods - in the subtrate. Unlesss you had a large refugium or large tank going, they would be very hard to keep and would probably starve to death.
