HELP! I'm a noobie to saltwater

ok after alot of thinking and being harrased by friends and co-workers i'm planing on starting up a salt water tank... and i'm just gonna take water from work since its already cycled to give me a head start on that aspect... all our lvls are very good as i test them daily which is awsome to help me out!!! so over all really what kinda fish should i get/ or would anyone recomend me to start out with cause at first i'm just going FISH ONLY! and adventually will add live rock down the road but i wanna start with fish only to make sure that i wont just have my tank flop on me so whats some good recomendations for a newbie to salt water? lol and i can get almost anything too since i work @ my LFS and get them at cost ( dirt cheap!! )
oh yeah and to start i'm just getting a 33 gal with a bio filter since i was told they are oen of the best to use for salt tanks by some local pros ( andventaully will be upgraded to 55-200 gal )

Re: HELP! i'ma noob!!

I would recommed getting live rock from the get go. Live rock will provide much more stable water parameters than a tank without it. As far as good first fish I like the ocellaris clownfish http://www.fishlore.com/Profiles-ClownFish.htm but make sure that your tank has completely cycled before introducing them. Avoid the yellowtail blue damsel and blue devil damsels because they don't play nicely with others. http://www.fishlore.com/profiles-damselfish.htm
