Geneal Questions for a newbie

Hi I've been looking at starting a marine aquarium (i might have to put it back a for another year or so yet) research I'm finding that there's a lot of information out there. I've gathered up what i can and really looking for confirmation that I'm heading in the right direction, and for more general advice.

What i'm looking at is:

D-D 28gallon nano cube
20lbs live rock
20ibs sand

I've read from numerous sources that the D-D (JBJ) 28gallon is very good including a very good article of the aquarium here, but theres alot of other similar tanks like the Orca TL550 which are cheaper.

Another area I'm stumped upon is stocking.

I would like a percula clown fish (finding Nemo has a lot to answer for)
but other than that and a clean up crew of various snails and crabs I'm not really sure. I want to stick to fish to start with before looking at the possibilty of moving onto corals, and anemones. Although the idea of having a star fish is fairly tempting if the aquarium is large enough.

thanks for any help.

The JBJ HQI is a good aquarium and comes with a Metal Halide light which gives you the option to have corals down the road.

Thanks, i've been looking around and found that the JBJ 24gallon is about half the price of the 28, are there any notable differences (apart from the size)?
