i have a butterfly fish that keep getting lice on him well take them off and two day later he has more on him how do we control them. they only seem to be on that fish all the other fish seem to be lice free can some one plz help as other half going away soon and i do not think i can do what he dose to get the lice off the fish

I don't think that its lice that your fish has,I think it might be a cause of Marine ICH.

Im not sure about SW tanks, but my 55gallon had lice about 2 years ago..its freshwater ...i literally took one of my oscars down to the pet store, (he was about 6 inches long) and asked the owner what the heck was on him...it was fish lice!!! i had never heard of that but it looks almost like the real human lice LOL ...all I remember is treating with something that turned the water blue...
