safe to add fish

I bought a clownfish and after 3days or a week they died. So how will I know if its safe to add another type of fish like the clownfish and angler fish. My tank chycled for 3 months.

What are your current ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate readings? How did you cycle the tank?
