One quick question, if i start out with cured LR, when the nitrite/nitrite etc go high, will it affect the critters living within?

The idea of cycling with live rock is that there will be some expected die off in the tank from those critters and corals on the rock, some of which will come back (the corals, not the critters) So it shouldn't harm them too much. I've got some amazing red sofites (I think) that have come back on one of the pieces in my 90, but yeah
