Just added fish how often to do a water change

Well, I have finally gotten through the cycle. I added 5 damsels some snales and a starfish. The tank is 120 gallons with about 140 pounds of rock now.
Can someone share some insight into how often I should be doing regular water changes and how much should I be changing each time

I do weekly changes. For that size tank, I'd do about 20 gallons per week.

+1 with the above post.
There are some daily, weekly and monthly tasks that should be done with a reef setup (or even just a fo or fowlr setup) that are listed in the "setting up a tank" section on the homepage....I COULD link it, but I'm lazy tonight, and I'm sure someone else will be more than happy to do it for me LOL
