How do I frag a seafan?

Well? The tittle speaks for itself, I have a seafan and want to know how to frag it.

I read a little on it and it said to cut the peice you want, strip the bottome bit off untill you hit the base and then epoxy to a rock. Is that the best way? Will the part that I cut the branch off of be effected? do I NEED epoxy or superglue?

I need a good explanation please!

i live just north of you in sasrasota. I think it would need epoxy though because of the height and what not also epoxt would be stronger and im not sure if it would slime up or not. The stripping is done untill the skeleton is exposed. It will be white. the other portion of the fan shouldnt be effected.
