3-4 nassarius snails
am i forgetting anyhting?
my final plan is
1 bubble tip anemone

I really like the dwarf flame angels and coral beauties what do you think?
then coral wise im thinking
ricordea mushroom or red mushroom unsure still

| I've thought of getting some sort of biocube or aquapod and trying my hand at a saltwater tank (something I've never done before). It'll be a few months before I can afford one, so in the meantime I'll be very curious to see how yours works out for you. |

| the bio cubes are a little bit bigger and have an external ballast for the lights while the aqua pods are built in. If i were a girl of that age i would totaly be more into fish than guys or makeup lol |

| Flame angels have been known to nip at corals, so I would be very careful there. I've been hankering for one of those myself, but just don't want to risk my corals. Anemones are difficult to keep, and most recommend you do not add them until the tank has been up and running for at least 6 months. This allows time for A) your tank to mature and stabilize, and B) your skillls, knowledge, and experience to increase. The coral selection looks good...some nice looking and easy to keep choices there. Gobies or jawfish either one should be compatible with the clowns and corals, so no worries there. Just be sure to research the specific variety before buying...some have specific requirements, such as deep substrate. The clowns would probably be fine IF you put them both in the tank at the same time. If you add them at different times you might have some aggression on your hands. |

| i wasnt planning on adding the anemone untill after 6 months. i had already taken that into account. what would be another good active colorful swimming fish that would take the place of a dwarf angel or coral beauty? I was planning on adding both clowns at the same time. |

I would suggest any sort of wrasse |

| Wow, nice snail line-up. Sounds like you know snails, maybe you can help me.
I'm thinking of adding a couple snails for a while. I have a lot of chain swords in the front of my tank, and they're spreading like mad. The problem is the ones I originally planted had mostly terrestrial leaves, and these are dying and/or dead. It isn't really a problem, they're supposed to do this; the middles are all nice new bushy aquatic leaves. It just looks lousy, and I hate having the old leaves just rot away. But they're throwing out new chains all over the place, and it's hard to get in there and trim the dead leaves. So I need a snail that likes to munch on dead leaves, but will for the most part leave the live ones alone. Any ideas? |

| well the snails im talking about are saltwater but for freshwater you could try ramshorn snails. they multiply like crazy and CAN destroy plants but if there are enough dying leaves that you dont mind losing them they should just stick to the dying leaves and algae. to avoid a plague of them you can check your glass and corners for eggs and jsut squish them to keep the populations down |

| I know yours are salt... that's in my future plans someday. I was actually thinking of a gold mystery snail. I've read they're pretty safe around plants, provided they have something else to eat, and they're one of the few that eat hydra. The biggest problem I have is I have to try and catch my loaches first. Because of this, and the fact they're eating my angel babies, I'm taking them back today. |

| the mstery snails would be a good option they will only eat decaying plant matter and cannot A sexually reproduce |
