I am currently cycling it and have 8 pounds of iji liverock and sand in it.... i dont know what to put inhere but the local petstore dosnt carry coral and ordering offline(basically the shipping fees)are a no-no.... what can i put in here?also do you know of any reputable sites that ship or free (i doubt it but i wanna know)?

I am not aware of anyplace that is going to ship for free. In fact, the shipping will often times be as expensive as the purchase as it has to be overnight/2nd day. As to what you could put in there...what kind of lighting do you have?
