Stocking a 34 Gal marine aquarium =]

Hello everyone, once again ive been away for a while but im back again
And this time with a surprize, i have converted my 34G to marine, i am still waiting for the tank to cycle (fishless ofcourse) but im starting to look into what im going to buy,, this will be my first marine tank so i need alot of help

So far i would like:
1-2 neon gobys (anyone know if i can have more than one?)
3-4 group fish (e.g, damsels, cardinals etc..)
2 skunk cleaner shrimp
4 small crabs

and if i have room:
one centre piece fish, probably a dwarf angel.

Would this make my tank stocked, and any suggestions for the group fish?

Thanks =]

I'm pretty sure neon gobies are aggressive to each other. For the schooling fish, if you want damsels, stay away from yellow tail. They are beautiful, but aggressive.

In your tank info, you said you were hoping for a reef. What specific type of lighting do you have?

Also, remember to add more live rock. They are your one of your natural filtration

Hi thanks for the reply =], since i posted this thread i have had a change of plan, the new stocklist is:

1 neon blue goby
2 common clownfish
1 pyjama wrasse
2 skunk cleaner shrimp
10 blue legged hermit crabs

For lighting my dad has advised me to get a blue light aswel as my current lighting which is, 1 white 15W bulb and 1 yellow/white 15W bulb.

The first inhabitants to go in my tank will be snake lock anenomoes which my dad is giving me

Hold off on the anemone: U need a mature tank for that. Ppl say at least 6 months. I do a little more reserch on the lighting. I think your stock list is fine just keep up them water changes. Good luck nice to see new saltys around!!!

For you lighting, you need atleast 3-5 watts per gallons and you'll need actinic/ daylight bulbs for Soft corals.

Get some snails also. (I've hear that blue legs kills snail though.)
