Hi everyone...really quick question...

My big tank is almost ready to go. last night everything was good...just waiting on the salt to come so I can do a partial water change and wait a few more days to make sure everything really is good.

Anyway, my tank is 55 gal tank and I would like to add one green chromis and one skunk cleaner. Is this too many at one time? And will the shrimp die because I might not have enough growing on the LR?

Also, I have a 10 gal QT...I want to keep a fish in there at all times so it's ready when needed. I am planning on a peaceful reef tank so those will be the fish in the QT while I am watching them for illness. What clean up
crittter(s) would you suggest for the 10 gal QT tank?

Green Reef Chromies feel better in a shoal. On it's own it will likely hide in the rock all the time and you'll never see it. Getting 4 of them won't be a stretch on adding bioload at once.

The Cleaner shrimp will also go after food in the water column when you feed your fish, atleast mine does.

For the QT, I tend to only fill mine if I have a sick fish. Then I take 10g from the display tank and fill the QT with that and replace the 10g in the display with new SW.

Thanks for the advice. Would adding two true perculas as the first two fish be ok with a shrimp also...at the same time? I am alittle nervous to add the perculas first but I don't want to put them in the QT either since they are my first fish I shouldn't have to. Thoughts? Stocking too fast?
