Live Sand and Live Rock?
I'm thinking of getting live sand and live rock for my tank when i set it up, but my question is how much of each do you recomend for a 55gal tank.....thanks

i'm not sure about the live rock, but for the live sand you can use this substrate calculator

i got live sand from the atlantic ocean not the beach but from down into the ocean...no not near the shore but the guy scooba dives and harvests the sand and sells it as live sand
