:) ** My New 324 Litre Tank ** :)

Hello Reader,

Very soon i am buying a 324 Litre second hand tank that the owner says they havent ever used before but he sent me pictures and it looks really good on a jarrah stand. I am buying all the powerheads(Bought) Protein skimmer(Bought) phosphate Reactor (Saving up for). Also the tank comes with a sump inside the Jarrah cabinet and it comes with corals also some shrimp in the sump. I am really looking forward to getting my new tank. Would this be large enough to hold 2 black clownfish, 3 green chromis(Possibly more), 1 Blue regal tang, 1 yellow tang and a few other fish?

Please suggest the amount and types of fish that would be suitable for this size tank.

From Matt

so the dimesions of the tank are around 4x2x2 ft or 5x2x1.5 if keeping tangs you should really have a 5 ft wide tank as they need a large swim room regals and yellows are smaller tangs if 5ft you can get away with 2 but 4 ft then just the one ... i hold 2 tangs in a 4x2x2 and am waiting for a 6x2x2 to rehome them in rather soon ,,,, but my missues is being hard to please at the moment so may have to rehome one but i do have a small naso(lipstick) tang ,, and he is really cool hand feeds and follows me around the tank when i am cleaning , he loves to stare lol ,,, if you get 2 tangs i would buy them together and put in last 2 fish as they can be very funny with mixing ,,, i had a few tangs and my regal has accepted all ov them he was my first fish and just keeps going when i first started i got a bad fish and it wiped out 80% ov my fish as i was stupid and didnt QT (i do now everything) lesson learnt the hard way and he was a survivor with my clown and 1 chromis out of a lot of small damsels and gobies and wrasses was not happy a $6 fish cost me most of my fish ,,,

It should be large enough to hold all the fish except you will have to choose one tang or the other since really they will fight
